Jacqueline Lizardo Guzman, NNP/FNP-BC, was born in Harlem, NY. She has traveled across the world as an Army brat and then recently across the country as a Travel Nurse Practitioner. She has set roots in Phoenix, AZ, after falling in love with the scenery during a family vacation in 2016. She has been a registered nurse since 2001. She graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and has been saving premature infants in the Intensive care units since 2007. For years, helping critically ill infants and their families was her first passion. Being that she does procedures on infants the size of one’s hands, you can trust her skills as she is doing fine aesthetic procedures or injections for you. She graduated with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Davenport University in 2020. She is nationally recognized among health care professionals for her dual-board certification to treat critical neonates and adults.

During her FNP training, she witnessed the weight losses that many of her patients obtained following a plant-based diet and lifestyle changes. She noticed their confidence and self-worth expand. Patients receiving hormones presented with increased mood, energy, and overall improved health. It was then that she found her second calling to help others feel and look their best. It is now her mission to provide services that will make men and women feel and look their best!

Although she is a city girl, she is a country bumpkin at heart and enjoys gardening. When she is not working she is often seen baking pies, performing kitchen science experiments with her children, and constantly pranking her husband. She is married to her high school sweetheart of 20 years and has 3 children and a pet snail.
